My Step Aqua Oak Hotto MSA74 stone-polymer flooring (SPC) has a panel width of 183mm, length of 1220mm and is supplied in packs of 10. One pack contains 2.23 m2 of flooring. When calculating the installation area, please note that for standard installation of the panel you should buy stone-polymer flooring (SPC) with a reserve of 5-7%, and for non-standard installation (diagonal, chess, etc.) you may need up to 15% reserve.
